Help Us Change the Game for Youth Mental Health

Brave Mind exists to make sure young sports participants get the mental health support they need - early, effectively and in places they already trust. As demand for our work grows, so does the need for people and organisations who want to stand alongside us.

There are many ways you can support Brave Mind, whether you’re an individual, a sports club, a school or a business. Every pound raised helps us deliver evidence-based, psychologist-led programmes, co-designed with young people, that reduce stigma and build confidence around mental health.

Fundraise Your Way

You don’t need to be a marathon runner (unless you want to be). Fundraising for Brave Mind can be as simple or as bold as you like:

  • take on a personal challenge - a run, cycle, swim or fitness goal

  • organise a team or club fundraiser

  • host a match-day collection or charity event

  • mark a birthday, anniversary or milestone by fundraising for Brave Mind

Get Your Workplace Involved

Businesses and organisations can play a powerful role in supporting youth mental health through sport. From charity partnerships and sponsored challenges to payroll giving and match-funding, workplace fundraising helps us grow sustainably while engaging teams around a meaningful cause.

Why Your Support Matters

Funds raised directly support:

  • psychologist-led mental health education for young people

  • training for parents, carers, teachers and coaches

  • the development of new kit bag programmes

  • safer, more supportive sporting environments
