We’re going to DUBAI!

Brave Mind are beyond excited to announce we’re entering a team in the 2025 Emirates Dubai 7s Vets 10s competition!

But this trip is about more than rugby.

We are running workshops for young people and their support networks in local schools covering topics such as managing anxiety, stress, and resilience. Using sport as a fun, practical platform, we want to help build confidence on and off the pitch.

We’re still looking for donations and supporters who can help us bring these workshops to life and make a real difference for people in Dubai and beyond.
