You’re not alone. And you don’t
have to face this on your own.

At Brave Mind, we believe in being there before things hit breaking point.

We focus on early support, helping young people, parents, carers, teachers, coaches and teams talk more openly about mental health, and take action before things become a crisis.

But we’re not a crisis service. If you’re struggling right now, here’s what you can do:

Talk to someone you trust

That could be a friend, teammate, coach, parent, or teacher. Speaking up takes courage—and it’s a powerful first step.

Book a GP appointment

Your doctor can help you understand what’s going on and talk through support options.
